Join our Over 50`s group fitness sessions where we encourage you to meet other like minded people. These classes are suitable for everyone of all abilities.
Our sessions focus on strength, flexibility, mobility, core, balance and gentle cardiovascular training in an environment where everyone can go at their own pace.
We offer two different styles of sessions: Strength session focusses on teaching you the correct ways to conduct strength training exercises. No cardio just strength exercises to help increase muscle mass, joint stability to help boost your metabolism. Our circuit sessions focus on cardio, flexibility, mobility, core, balance in an environment where everyone can go at their own pace.

Tuesday | 10:00am – Circuit training. |
Wednesday | 5:30pm – Circuit training. |
Thursday | 10:00am – Circuit training.
5:30pm – Strength session. |
Friday | 10:15am – Circuit training. |
Saturday | 7:00am – Strength Session.
8:15am – Circuit training. |

We are located within Qld Cricket Headquarters, Albion – you can park anywhere in the Qld Cricket parking complex. We are located on the ground floor of the main grandstand.
