Semi Private Training (S.P.T.)

Semi Private Training is an exciting new concept that we have just launched at Extreme Physique. It is an affordable way to add more training into your week and at the same time meet new people.

It allows you to train in a group of up to 4 people which still ensures the sessions are personalised.

All sessions must be booked and pre paid – visit our app and book online.

Session Duration: 50mins

Cost: $30 per client per session

There are two different types of S.P.T. sessions and we have designed these sessions to be in our outdoor training areas. If the weather is unkind we can transfer you inside so you don’t miss out (depending on the numbers inside at the time).

The sessions will be conducted on our AstroTurf area with access to the beautiful Allan Border Field. With so much space, you can look forward to a range of different exercises and activities.

Sessions can be tailored to different groups and will accommodate all fitness levels and training experience

Boxing Cardio Core Training Brisbane

Boxing + Cardio + Core (BCC)

Get your heart rate and excitement levels high as we enter the next level of training. Enter our boxing courtyard and experience bag work interspersed with dynamic core & cardio exercises.

It doesn’t matter if you have never punched a bag before – everyone is welcome.


Each BCC client must have their own set of heavy gloves, inners and preferably wrist wraps – for hygiene reasons.

How do you get involved?

There are 3 different ways to get started:

Option 1 – Book a scheduled session online

Visit our app and book one of the scheduled sessions and pay online. First in best dressed, waitlist is applied to the groups and if we have enough demand we may be able to run back to back sessions.

Option 2 – Create your own group & session

Create your own group with a minimum of 3 people to get started. Gather some family / friends together and tell us what type of session you would like and your time preference and we will do the rest.

Option 3 – Request time preference on S.P.T. community whiteboard

If the first two options don’t work for you but you are super keen to get started then this is the way to go.

Just let us know what day(s) / times(s) you could do and we will place your name on the S.P.T community board. As soon as we have 3 people in your timeslot we can then create your group session.
