Over 50`s Fitness – Building Strength and Friendships…
Join our Over 50`s group fitness sessions where we encourage you to meet other like minded people. These classes are suitable for everyone including beginners or people that have not exercised in a long time.
Our sessions focus on strength, flexibility, mobility, core, balance and gentle cardiovascular training in an environment where everyone can go at their own pace.

Monday | 10:15am – Technique Session on Strength training – All levels welcome, this session teaches you different strength exercises whilst
ensuring correct technique.
No cardio, just strength.
5:00pm / 5:50pm – Circuit style training in small groups which incorporates cardio, balance, strength and fun. |
Tuesday | 10:00am – Circuit style training in small groups which incorporates cardio, balance, strength and fun. |
Wednesday | 5:30pm – Circuit style training in small groups which incorporates cardio, balance, strength and fun. |
Thursday | 10:00am – Circuit style training in small groups which incorporates cardio, balance, strength and fun.
5:30pm – Technique Session on Strength training – All levels welcome, this session teaches you different strength exercises whilst ensuring correct technique. No cardio, just strength. |
Friday | 10:15am – Circuit style training in small groups which incorporates cardio, balance, strength and fun. |
Saturday – New classes starting 19th October | 7:00am -Strength Session – learn the correct way to lift weights. No cardio.
8:15am – Circuit style training in small groups which incorporates cardio, balance, strength and fun. |

We are located within Qld Cricket Headquarters, Albion – you can park anywhere in the Qld Cricket parking complex. We are located on the ground floor of the main grandstand.
