Even after more than 19 years in the fitness industry, helping people to achieve their goals is still exciting and challenging for me. I enjoy working with different clients and the opportunity it presents to teach them ways in how to improve their overall health and fitness.

My area of specialty is helping the beginner to get started in the sport of triathlons.

During my spare time I like to train and compete in triathlons whilst also spending time relaxing with my family.

I have been a trainer with Extreme Physique since the start of 2012 and love sharing my passion for health and fitness with my clients and inspiring them to enjoy a long term healthy lifestyle.

I have always been passionate about fitness and sport, having played GPS cricket, Rugby Union, AFL and tennis. I still play competitive cricket and in my spare time enjoy swimming, walking my dog and playing music. I also love to keep active with my son and daughter.

I started to develop a passion for weight loss and healthy living after I had my children and was faced with having to lose weight for myself. I managed to lose 15kg through hard work and dedication and with that loss came a desire to want to help others pursue a weight loss journey of their own.

I enjoy working with people of all abilities and can encourage you to work hard to achieve that ultimate goal of feeling good both physically and mentally.

I’m a busy Mum with two young boys and to stay fit and healthy I enjoy running, cycling, swimming and leading a positive and healthy lifestyle with my family.


Kelsey Schwilling

As a former swimmer, water polo player and personal trainer, I have always been interested in the body, how it works, injury prevention and how the mind factors in to everything. It is from this, that massage has become my passion as it blends my love and fascination of the mind-body link.

I have been working in the massage industry for over 8 years, both in multi-modality clinics where I worked alongside Acupuncturists, Osteopaths and Naturopaths.

As much as I love and appreciate the stress-relieving qualities of massage, the other health benefits – especially in regards to fitness – are what really drives me and my treatments. I strive to help with muscle recovery and rebalance as well as assist in the maintenance of the amazing machine that is our bodies.

My aim is to help you move with ease again and to be able to perform at your best.

I have been involved in the Fitness industry for over 12 years in various roles. My true passion is working with people on a daily basis and I really enjoy helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and making a difference to their lives.

I specialise in functional training & helping people to perform required daily movements by tailoring their specific training. I believe training should be fun in a safe & professional environment.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family and I love my sport, especially rugby league (Go NSW), cricket, union & AFL.


Nicholas Carbone

I believe health and performance is about doing the little things right over and over, learning to move your body correctly whilst feeling empowered through exercise. Helping individuals work towards their goals drives me to be a better exercise fitness professional and I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you on your health and fitness.

I have been involved in sports and exercise all my life, ranging from cricket, football and rugby union in my younger years to more recently marathon running and snowboarding.

Through these sports over the years I have not only challenged myself but have met many people and it was from this that I found my real passion.

So, from this combined love I decided to study a Bachelor’s Degree of Exercise & Sport Science in 2015 and haven’t looked back.
