Brisbane Group Fitness Classes

Tuesday – Up & Go – Cardio conditioning
Cardio conditioning for the full body 6.00am – 7.00am

These session are held at the National Cricket Centre, right next to us. This high-energy and dynamic workout is designed to boost your cardiovascular fitness and elevate your heart rate. A mixture of individual, partnered or small group workouts. $22.50 casual / $35wk 2 x Up & Go sessions.

Thursday – Up & Go – Strength conditioning
Strength full body circuit 6.00am – 7.00am

These sessions are conducted in our gym. This workout is focused on building strength, improving muscle tone, and enhancing overall functional fitness. Get ready for a challenging and rewarding session. $22.50 casual / $35wk 2 x Up & Go sessions.

The class is designed for those over 50, acknowledging the importance of strength, flexibility, mobility, core, cardiovascular training and balance. There is always time for a chat and coffee afterwards as well. Only $10 per class.
