What is an Exercise Physiologist?
An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (A.E.P.) holds a University degree, in which they specialise in exercise and human movement.
Exercise Physiologists are trained experts in assisting people in achieving their best possible performance. Their knowledge and expertise also help with the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries.

Our accredited Exercise Physiologists, Vicki and Georgia are here to assess, design, monitor and evaluate safe and effective exercise and lifestyle interventions for your needs.
They are here to help you achieve your goals whether they are for health, rehabilitation, sport performance or lifestyle changes. The initial assessment will help determine your health status and exercise/physical activity history.

Please note there may be a small gap payment with an ECP appointment.
For those with chronic health pain or conditions – you may be eligible for Medicare Subsidised Appointments via a Team Care Arrangement or ‘TCA’ Referral. Speak to your GP to see whether you might be eligible.
